The service

FreeImgGen provides free AI image generation and editing tools. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may be rate-limited, changed or interrupted at any time.

Your content and rights

• You may use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the images you upload and how you use the results — including making sure they do not infringe third-party rights.
• Generated images are deleted after 24 hours; we keep no permanent copy.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create or edit content that:

• is illegal, or sexualizes or endangers minors in any way;
• depicts real people in a deceptive, defamatory or non-consensual manner;
• promotes violence, hatred or discrimination;
• attempts to overload, abuse or circumvent the service’s rate limits.

Requests are filtered automatically and abusive connections may be blocked.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeImgGen is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service or of generated images.
